Wayne, PA

The owners had lived in a 19th century farm house in Berwyn. They told me about this vibrant neighborhood in Wayne that they felt was just right for them. Problem was the only house for sale at the time was a small Cape Cod. No worries.  They knew what they wanted and with true optimistic determination a two story center hall colonial home took shape to match their young family’s lifestyle.
