A large center hall stone colonial home and the young couple could not agree on 21st  century living. The design solution involved converting the existing kitchen into a breakfast area, building an addition encompassing a new kitchen and family room, converting an existing garage bay into a mud room and building a two bay garage addition with living quarters above. Quality materials were used throughout this project including the  distinctive matching Chestnut Hill Stone from the Wissahickon Stone Quarry which made for a truly seamless addition.
