Bryn Mawr home owners wanted to connect their kitchen with the driveway/ garage and outdoor pool area with an addition. This small addition packed alot of features in a limited amount of space:  Laundry area, powder room, mud room and stair circulation to a new recreation room above the Garage.  The beautiful thing that I remember with this addition is that one week after construction was completed the area was fully landscaped and looked as if it had always been part of the home.
